Refunds and Returns
We understand that despite all our greatest efforts, not all products bought online meet everyone's expectations. That is why we are happy to offer returns, color swaps and refunds.
We want you to be 100% happy with your product so if the color is not right, we offer a free color swap to all new customers.
Boost N Blend™ is committed to providing you with a high quality women-designed product that covers up thinning hair. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for you to return your product for a free color swap or a full refund of the cost of the product minus the shipping cost (whether or not customer paid for shipping). All returns and color swaps must be notified within 30 days of purchase.
If you are returning a shampoo, we just ask that you make the effort to wrap the product carefully so that it doesn't leak in transit. Putting a large piece of tape across the lid to prevent it from accidentally popping open in transit is helpful.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
All returns must have proof of purchase, for example an authentic Boost N Blend online order number. Please print out your email receipt from your order or include paperwork in with your return clearly indicating your name, address and Boost N Blend order number and date of original order.
Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via email@example.com and we will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately.

Orders placed by 11 am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Australia Post: Please note that all our shipping is done via Australia Post. We can only guarantee that we will pick, pack and send your goods as fast as possible - usually on the same day you order. However, we cannot take any responsibility for the goods once they have been collected by Australia Post.
This includes the use of "safe drop" where the goods are left in a safe place and Express Post.
If you choose shipping without a signature then you do so at your own risk.
If you choose to pay for Express Post you do so knowing that the service is provided by Australia Post and they can, and do, frequently experience delays.
