    Refunds and Returns

    We want you to be 100% happy with your product so if the colour is not right, we offer a free* colour swap to all new customers.

    Boost N Blend™ is committed to providing you with a high quality product that covers up your thinning hair. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please contact us via customercare@boostnblend.com and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for you to return your product for a full refund of the cost of the product minus the shipping cost (whether or not customer paid for shipping).

    *All refunds and colour swaps must be notified within 30 days of purchase.

    Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days from receipt of the returned product.

     

    Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery

    All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via CustomerCare@boostnblend.com and we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately.

    Shipping & Handling

    Shipping Delays due to COVID-19

    Please note that due to COVID-19, Australia Post has advised of possible delays in delivery throughout Australia. Current information suggests that 24 to 48 hour delays should be expected in most instances and we ask for your understanding during this time. We trust that our regular speedy delivery times will recommence as soon as some of the pressure has been lifted off Australia Post and our other delivery partners due to the current global situation..

    Standard Delivery

    Orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Postage and handling is a flat rate of $8 for deliveries to anywhere in Australia. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping is via Australia Post Registered Post. 

    Allow 2-4 business days for delivery within Australia however, remote areas may be slightly longer.

    Free Shipping:

    If you spend more than 79, Express Post is FREE to customers in Australia.

    International Shipping:

    Please allow 10 - 14 days for international standard delivery. Express Delivery to New Zealand and Singapore may take up to 5 days. During the current pandemic, there are unavoidable delays in all international shipping options.

    Express Delivery - Australia:

    We know what it’s like to be so busy you forget to reorder. So if you suddenly find out you have run out of Boost N Blend™, we offer an Express Delivery option.

    If your order is made before 11am on a standard business day, we will send your package via Australia Post Express Delivery with a guaranteed next day delivery to major cities and towns in Australia. The cost of Express Delivery is $10 to anywhere in Australia.

    If you wish to determine whether the Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Post service is available in your area, please visit the Australia Post website.

    Returns and Refunds

    If you are not happy with your product for any reason please let us know and we will either swap your colour for free (one free colour swap per customer), or provide a refund. All refunds and colour swaps must be notified within 30 days of purchase.

    Refunds will be processed once we have received your returned product in our warehouse. Returns must be approved by our Customer Care.

    All refunds are for the full amount of the returned product. Please note this excludes the cost of shipping, whether the customer received free shipping or not. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Change of Mind

    According to Australian Consumer Law  a customer is entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty (major or minor problem) or do not meet customer expectations. This does not apply if the customer has a change of mind.

    *Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds regardless of whether the customer paid for shipping or not.
