Customer Service & Communications Manager Part Time

We are looking for someone 10-20 hours per week, initially to work from our offices in Turramurra, Sydney, NSW but with the ability to work from home also.
Looking for someone who has had 5+ years experience in marketing/advertising/social media/online digital and is multi-skilled.
Must be willing to fill in everywhere and anywhere from customer service through to online management of 5 e-commerce websites and a blog.
Provide excellent customer service in an efficient and profitable manner, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and exceed customer expectations.
Day to day management of phone, email and social media inquiries. This involves placing phone orders, managing customer returns, communicate with warehouse operations, dealing with Australia Post
Ability to research and write blog posts, contribute to and plan, social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Must have high level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably CMS, WordPress, Photoshop, MailChimp, Hootsuite
Knowledge of Facebook and Ad Words online advertising would be an advantage
